What do Eco-sustainability and eco-compatibility mean?

To keep high the quality standard of the environment and reduce wastage of resources and the pollution elements (global warming, wastes, polluting emissions, etc..).

Resources consumption

Centralization of heating and air-conditioning plants: minor energy consumption and performance optimization via a unique plant which provides warm and fresh air to buildings shared by different companies. This cuts maintenance costs, spare parts and their disposal procedures by the recover of reusable metal parts and consequently reduces the intake in new production cycles.

Centralization of electric power consumption: thank to the sharing of ambiences it is possible to rationalise the spaces and optimise the electric power consumption. One reception and one secretariat at disposal for different clients imply lower costs.

Rescue of disused materials and differentiated disposal: more attention toward highly pollutant wastes such as toners, so to facilitate their recycling via maintenance contracts started with companies that offer the service of ecological salvage (activities very isolated in small companies).
