Videoconference

€60,00 + IVA the first hour, €30,00 + IVA following hours

The videoconference in Pick Center enables you to save time and travelling costs. We can establish connections with one or more sites. Our videoconference system is an Aethra X3 for both IP and ISDN connections, we also have a Sony PCS P160P for ISDN connection only. We usually make a 10 minutes connection test (included) before the use of the service to guarantee a perfect set up.

The videoconference service is to be intended with the use of a Day Office or Meeting Room and includes the following:

• • Welcoming service of your guests from our secretaries.
• • We show your name or company logo in every access point

In Pick Center you can use the reception and the waiting room to welcome your guests in a cordial and professional way. You can use the self service areas such as the copy-center, the fax-center and the wireless areas. Also available the coffee corner for a tasty and relaxing break where a short chat with new people can open new doors.
