The Office Sharing includes the following services:

• Postal, Fax and Telephone address with customised answer;
• Welcoming service of your guests, management of your calls, mailing and faxes from our secretary staff;
• Indication of your name or company logo on our door plates

In Pick Center you can use the reception and the waiting room to welcome your guests in a cordial and professional way. You can use the self service areas such as the copy-center, the fax-center and the wireless areas. Also available the coffee corner for a tasty and relaxing break where a short chat with new people can open new doors.

When using the Office Sharing you can request the following services (optional):

• Meeting rooms hourly, for 6 up to 45 people with personalised arrangements, for training courses, personnel selection, samples presentations and more.
• ISDN/IP videoconference and web conference
• Easy fax, to have your own fax number and get documents straight on your email account
• Assistance from our secretaries to send faxes, make fotocopies and prints, bindings, translations, reservations and more.
