The Virtual Office (address/domiciliation) gives you a telephone address with customised answer or voice mail, a business address and a fax number in one of our prestigious locations.

The telephone address with customised answer means that our staff will manage your (incoming) phone calls according to your instructions. The answer will include your name, we can take notes of messages and forward them to you in real time to your email account or transfer the calls to other numbers you indicate.

The postal and/or fax address means that our secretary staff will manage the mails and faxes and communicate it to you in real time via e-mail. For collection of all correspondence and faxes you will give us instructions as per time and modalities of collection. You can come personally or entitle somebody else for it or send a courier once or more each month. We will store all your correspondence in a reserved box in our center.

With the Voice mail address your calls will be automatically diverted on your customised voice mail that registers messages you can check 24 hours wherever you are.
