How can I organise a meeting or meet guests?
At Pick Center Business Centers you can book Day Offices and Meeting Rooms of various sizes, which you can use for interviews, business meetings, trainings, events, launches, video conferences, etc.
What is the difference between the Meeting Room and the Day Office?
A Meeting Room can fit between 6 and 70 people, it is furnished with a conference table, arranged in theatre-style or with personalised arrangement according to your needs, for different types of meetings; a Day Office is an option for one-on-one meetings or with a team of 2/3 people, in a confidential manner.
Can I use a Meeting Room or a Day Office even if I am not a client yet?
Of course! If booked in advance, our Day Offices and Meeting Rooms can also be used if you are not yet a Client.
Do I need to book it if I need a Day Office or a Meeting Room?
Yes, by contacting our secretary you can book a Day Office or a Meeting Room for as long as you need it, at any Pick Center venue.
What services are included with the Day Office or Meeting Room?
• The reception service for your guests, handled by our staff
• Visibility of your logo on your workstation plate and on our external displays
• Heating, air conditioning, electricity, cleaning and maintenance services
• 1 WiFi connection

Is it possible to use Meeting Rooms or Day Offices on Saturday or in the evenings? – e.g. between 8pm and 10pm
Yes. We will provide you with the necessary equipment to access the venue in the absence of our staff. For weekend use, you might be required to pay a small fee for cleaning service.
What additional services can I request when I am renting a Day office or a Meeting Room?
Upon your request, you can enjoy the following services:
• Additional High Speed Internet WiFi
• Video conference and web conference
• The assistance of our staff for prints, bookbinding, translations, bookings or any other secretary activity

Of course! Pick Center staff can suggest various options for coffee break and personalised menus for aperitivo or quick lunch for your guests.

We have Meeting Rooms of different sizes available in all of our venues: our venues in Rome Prati are just a few hundred metres away from Lepanto metro station, line A. EUR offices are 300 metres from Eur Palasport metro station, line B.
