Pick Center Club Terms & Conditions

The following translation of the Terms & Conditions serves purely for the purpose of information for foreign languages-speaking clients. The reference text shall be the Italian document, exclusively.

Introduction

This document governs the operation of the program called the “Pick Center Club” (hereinafter: “the Program”) and the conditions for participation in the Program; registration in the Program according to the modalities indicated in the paragraph “Participants” implies the full acceptance of this document in its entirety and without any reservation.

The Program involves the allocation of points to existing and potential Pick Center customers, as indicated in the “Participants” paragraph, based on the Pick Center services subject to purchase/interest and any marketing/promotional activities of Pick Center defined from time to time; the use of points allows participants to obtain discounts on subsequent purchases of Pick Center services.

The Organiser

The organizer of the Program is PICK CENTER ROMA S.R.L. Unipersonale headquartered at Via Attilio Regolo 19, 00192 Rome, VAT number 12599371007, (hereinafter: “Pick Center”) a company operating in the Business Center and co-working sector with the rental of offices, meeting rooms, training rooms, virtual offices, shared workspaces, and all services connected to these activities.

Territory

The Program takes place in the territory of the Italian Republic, the Vatican City State, and the Republic of San Marino (hereinafter: “Territory”) and will be valid for activities carried out at the three current locations of Pick Center and in particular at the Business Centers located in:

  • Via A. Regolo 19, 00192 Rome
  • Via Boezio 6, 00193 Rome
  • Piazza Marconi 15, 00144 Rome

Pick Center reserves the right to extend the Program to other potential future locations, located in the Territory, which may become available during the duration of the Program and of which participants will be adequately notified.

Participants

Participation in the Program is free of charge. Any person who has reached the age of 18 may participate in the Program, either for themselves or on behalf of their company; it is understood that each company may register only one representative but will earn and can use points on expenses for all services purchased. Companies or individuals may join the Program, according to the mechanics described in the following paragraph, if they:

  • Are customers of Pick Center, having already purchased any of the services offered by Pick Center, for example, any office rental formula, meeting rooms, co-working spaces, and virtual offices, etc.;
  • Are potential customers of Pick Center, having requested information, requested a quote, or subscribed to the Pick Center Newsletter.

A necessary condition for joining the Program is online registration by participants in the appropriate section of the website www.pickcenter.it.

Procedure

A) Points Collection

Each participant who purchases any of the Pick Center services listed in TABLE 1 below will be assigned the corresponding number of points indicated in the same TABLE 1. In cases where points are assigned directly proportional to the amount spent by the participant (e.g., for “Day Office, Meeting Room” services), any fractions of multiples of €10 will not entitle the participant to earn points (e.g., €176 = 17 points). The amounts indicated in TABLE 1 are net of VAT, discounts, and amounts related to services that involve a direct cost to Pick Center and do not generate points, such as: Postal services, courier services, services performed on behalf of the client, Coffe-Break, Quick Lunch).

Pick Center may also allocate points in relation to specific marketing/promotional activities, which will be communicated appropriately from time to time.

The points assigned to participants in the Program will be credited to an electronic account held and managed by Pick Center (“Account”). The participant will always be able to check the updated balance of their Account in the Personal area of the website www.pickcenter.it accessible with their personal User ID and Password; points will be calculated and credited to participants’ Accounts at the time of issuance of the invoice for the purchased service or, with reference to the specific marketing/promotional activities mentioned above, at different times as indicated.

Any complaints regarding the crediting of points to the Account (e.g., failure to credit and/or incorrect crediting) must be submitted in writing and sent to Pick Center Customer Service at the address info@pickcenter.com within 60 days from the date of crediting or non-crediting. Disputes must be accompanied by documentation proving the incorrect application of points (e.g., evidence of the rental charge for a meeting room without the corresponding crediting of points). The documentation will then be verified by Pick Center.

B) Point usage

Points collected through participation in the programme, according to terms and conditions stated in the present document, will allow to obtain discounts on following purchases of Pick Center products; each point will have a 1 Euro value. The value is stated net of VAT.

The following conditions are enforced:

  • Participants can gradually use a number of points to obtain a discount, capped at 30% of the price of each of the following services:
    • Standard Services:
      • Day Office
      • Meeting Rooms
      • Training Rooms
    • Accessory Services:
      • Telephone Service
        • Urban
        • Inter-urban
        • Mobile
        • International: Europe/North America
      • Telefax Service
        • Inbound messages
        • Outbound messages
        • Broadcasting fixed fee
        • Outbound papers (?)
      • Timed Answering Machine
        • In Italian
        • In foreign language
      • Errand Boy Service
        • For urban errands
      • Expert software Assistance
        • Right to call (Mon-Fri 9 am – 6 pm)
        • Specialised assistance
      • Workstation: use of teleworking station
      • Reservation
        • Plane, train, hotel, etc.
      • Rental
        • Flipchart
        • Video projector
        • Personal computer/laptop rental

The remaining cost of service will be paid by the participants as their own standard mode of payment.

  • Where a renewal following an uninterrupted 12 months- contract is carried out, a number of points can be used to obtain a discount, which will be capped at 3% of a monthly fee for the following services:
    • Exclusive use offices
    • Virtual office
    • Legal address
    • Office sharing
    • Reserved Workstation full time
    • Coworking base
  • Said uninterrupted 12 months are independent from the duration of the contract – e.g. they can be reached after four renewals of a three-month contract or after two renewals of a six-month contract
  • Discounts on the monthly fee can only be used once in 12 months
  • Potential marketing/promotional activities which allow a broader and different use of points will be disclosed appropriately by Pick Center
  • Intention of using points to obtain discounts must be expressed through the following:
    • For clients with ongoing contracts in place – e.g. offices, addresses, legal address, etc. – exclusively online on the Personal area of www.pickcenter.it
    • For clients without an ongoing contract, exclusively via email at info@pickcenter.com
    • It is only possible to request use of points once a day
    • It is not possible to request discount on the same purchased service more than once
  • Discounted amounts for the use of points do not generate more points.
  • All bookings, with or without using collected points, are subject to verification of availability on the part of Pick Center.
  • It is not possible to use collected points to obtain discounts on:
    • Services to which discounts have already been applied, or with promotional fares
    • Services which do not generate points
    • Services which are not indicated in Table 1 – e.g. postal services, couriers, services carried out in the name and on behalf of the client, Coffee Break and Quick Lunch services.
  • It will be possible to use collected points up until 18 months from the participant’s last purchase of services, provided that registration to the Programme is not cancelled during this time
  • In the event of cancellation of registration to the Programme, it will no longer be possible to use collected points
  • It is not possible to convert collected points into money, nor to hand over collected points to any third party

Duration

The accumulated points will expire 18 months after the participant’s last service purchase; after that date, the points will automatically cease to be valid and cannot be used anymore. In case of the Program closure by Pick Center, the points accumulated by the participant until the closure date will remain valid for another 18 months.

Participants can terminate their participation in the Program at any time by calling Pick Center Customer Service at toll-free number 800.189.099 or by sending an email to info@pickcenter.com.

Pick Center may suspend or exclude a participant from the Program, with immediate effect, for any of the reasons provided in the contract concluded with the participant regarding the purchased Pick Center services, providing written notice to the participant.

The termination of participation in the Program for any reason results in the loss of accumulated points by the affected participants, with no possibility of redemption.
