We protect:
- indiscriminately, the intellectual profession of Certified Public Accountants, their professional title, and their activities as established by Article 5(1) of EU Regulation No. 537/2014;
- distinctively, with particular reference and priority to the social solidarity purposes of the vulnerable segment of Certified Public Accountants registered only in the register of Certified Public Accountants but not in other professional orders;
We organize:
- education of Certified Public Accountants and their trainees;
- advanced training of Certified Public Accountants and their trainees;
- protection of the civil rights of Certified Public Accountants and their trainees, including the professional title, assistance, social security, as well as tax representation, participation in state examination commissions and in commissions on auditing standards, ethics, and professional secrecy, as well as any other provisions established by domestic and international regulations and current accreditations with public and private institutions;
- scientific research of particular social interest for Certified Public Accountants and their trainees, as well as for institutions;
- pursuit of social solidarity objectives for Certified Public Accountants, their trainees, and their collaborators, employees, and families.
