In the locations of Rome’s city center in Prati and at the Eur, all easily accessible and just steps away from Metro stops, you can find the perfect space for your conferences, conventions, workshops for up to 70 people. The use of the Meeting Room includes:

  • Front Desk Assistance by the staff of Pick Center from Monday to Friday.
  • Air conditioning, electric power, cleaning and maintenance.
  • Use of the shared areas and Coffee Area
  • SMS/Whatsapp service for urgent communication
  • Standard arrangement that can be modified according to the preference of the client when communicated during the reservation phase.

Can I host events at Pick Center?
Absolutely. Pick Center rooms can host Conferences, Events, Conventions and Workshops for up to 70 people. Our staff will help you selecting the arrangement of the room and of the equipment, in order to thoroughly address your needs and expectations.

Should I bring my own technologic equipment?
Many of the necessary equipment are already available as optional services. Our staff will verify and get back to you.

What services are included with the Event Room?
• The reception service for your guests, handled by our staff
• Visibility of your logo on your workstation plate and on our external displays
• Heating, air conditioning, electricity, cleaning and maintenance services

Upon your request, you can enjoy the following services:

• The assistance of our staff for prints, translations, bookings or any other secretary activity
• Rental of devices – e.g. computer, video projector, portable TV monitor, microphones and speakers or any other necessary equipment to carry out your meeting in the best possible way

Can I offer refreshments or quick lunch?
Of course! Pick Center staff can suggest various options for coffee break and personalised menus for aperitivo or quick lunch for your guests.

Is it possible to get there by public transportation?
We have Event Rooms available in all of our venues: our venues in Rome Prati are just a few hundred metres away from Lepanto metro station, line A. EUR offices are 300 metres from Eur Palasport metro station, line B.
