The office rent includes:

When I rent a temporary office at Pick Center, what type of contract will I be signing and for how long?
At Pick Center you will be signing a contract for the administration of services – not a rental contract – for a duration of your choosing (from one month to one year, with possibility of renewal).

Are the costs for the office rental deductable?
Of course! The agreement you sign with us is for the administration of services, which are therefore charged at 100%.

Is a deposit required?
Upon signing the contract, you will be asked to pay a security deposit to the amount of a gross monthly fee, and you will then be reimbursed upon termination of the contract.

If I want to rent an office at Pick Center, how long before I am operational?
You will be operational 24 hours after signing the contract documents.

What time can I access the office?
You can access the offices 7 days a week, from 7 am till 11.30 pm (with the possibility for 24/7 access), thanks to your personal access code and keys, which will be given to you on your first day using the office.

What are the offices furnished like?
Every office is completely furnished with any piece of furniture necessary to be able to work in an office, including working desks, meeting desks, lockers/cabinets and Voip phones. You can tell us what your preferences are.

Will I have to activate and pay the contracts regarding any utilities I might use – such as phone lines, internet, WiFi, electricy, air conditioning, etc – ?
No. Pick Center will take care of it all.

What about the furniture? And the condo fees? Cleaning? Surveillance? Maintenance?
It will all be included in the fee for the administration of services and set up by the time you step into your office.

What about any devices in the office?
Pick Center offices are equipped with the best technical devices which any modern office worthy of that definition must have: voice and data services, VOIP phones, colour printers, Sharp or Toshiba printers, Sharp or Toshiba scanners, video and web conference, videoconference, 50” mobile projection displays with HDMI and VGA inputs and ability for WiFi projection, CED area in order to connect any personal technical devices, etc.

Will I have a personal phone number?
Of course! Every office has its own phone number, accessible from the outside. Also, should you request the Executive Package service, our staff will be receiving all of your calls for you and will answer with the name of your company, and thus forward said calls or write down the message, which will be forwarded to you immediately via email or WhatsApp.

What if I need computer assistance?
Pick Center staff is able to provide you with quality computer assistance through the reception. What is more, Pick Center makes available a team of advisors to all its clients, who will be able to help you with any additional computer issues.

What is the payment method for utilities/consumption?
You will be required to pay upon presentation of a single invoice at the end of the month, which will be sent to you and which will show utilities and fees in detail.

Can utilities/consumptions be monitored?
Yes! You can ask for a detailed statement whenever you want.

Will I have to hire secretary staff?
That won’t be necessary: at Pick Center, you will find qualified, multilingual staff working around the clock, ready to assist you.

Is the secretary staff included in the price?
Front desk (reception, mail sorting, guests reception, etc.) service is included. You can request any other service from Pick Center staff and it will be added to the final monthly invoice.

When is the reception open?
Pick Center staff is available to you from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm nonstop.

Can my colleagues get access to the offices?
Of course! Any employees of your company, with your permission, can use the offices reserved to you and Pick Center services.

What if my company grows and I need more workstations?
We will be able to make any necessary changes to the contract conditions in order to grant you more workstations or offices.

What if I need an office to use sporadically for just a few days per month?
We have several solutions for this need. We can grant you a Day Office or offices set up for meetings of up to 70 people, which you can book everytime even just for one hour. Alternatively, should you need an office twice or three times a week, for half day or for the entire day, you can consider the Office Sharing option: an office for exclusive use which you can book in advance whenever you need it and use accordingly; it will also be equipped with a locker to store your belongings and it will include WiFi access and Virtual Office service. In both cases, you will have access to the Coffee Area and Pick Center staff front-desk assistance.

What is the difference between a furnished office and the Reserved Workstation?
A furnished office, with a window, has one or more desks and office equipment, whereas the Reserved Workstation service consists of an operational workstation, in a reserved space with a door, without natural light, but equipped with all the comforts you can find in a real office. With both options you can have the pre-paid package solution, which you can use for a month or longer.

What does Day Office mean?
The Day Office solution consists of the use – for the entire day – of a furnished office, which you can use in an exclusive manner and for one day, or even just for one hour. It is the right solution if you want to work within a team of 2/3 people, for business meetings or small meetings instead of using a meeting room.

What common areas are available to the Clients?
At every one of our venues you will find a reception area and waiting rooms for you and your guests, lounge areas and Coffee corners with vending machines where you can find hot and cold beverages and snacks.

Are pets welcome?
Yes, very gladly so! All of our venues have a ‘Pet Friendly’ policy and your little animal friends are welcome.

Is it possible to get there by public transportation?
Our venues in Rome Prati are just a few hundred metres away from Lepanto metro station, line A. EUR offices are 300 metres from Eur Palasport metro station, line B.

Do you have agreements with car parks?
In Prati, private car parks do not subscribe agreements, however there are many car parks in the neighbourhood.
On the other hand, in Eur area, we have made an agreement with 2 car parks which have special discounts put in place for Pick Center Clients.
